Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Clontarf Foundation exists to improve the education, discipline, self-​​​es​teem, life skills and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and by doing so, equips them to participate more meaningfully in society.​


​We engage our boys through a range of activities including camps, sport, morning training, community activities and employment opportunities.

Activities we have participated in this year include: Clean Up Australia Day, Suburbs Junior Rugby League Painting Project with Bunnings, Mother's Day Filming Project, Senior Employment Forum, ANZAC Day Dawn Service, 'Jumpers n Jazz' Stage Setup, Clontarf Rugby League, Basketball & Cricket Carnivals.

Camp destinations this year include Coffs Harbour, Cairns, Sunshine Coast & Gold Coast.

We can also assist with:

  • School Curriculum & Assessment.
  • Obtaining Driver's License, Medicare card and Employment Documents e.g. Resume, Tax File Number, USI Number & Bank Account.
  • Part-Time and Full-Time Employment opportunities while at school as well as once completed year 12.
